1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers located in the United States.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard domestic shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Important Note on Total Delivery Time:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (5-12 business days).
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary during peak seasons or due to custom clearance procedures.
4. How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
You can also track your order directly on our website via our Track Order page.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
YogaDooIt is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@yogadooit.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
Verify the shipping address provided in your order confirmation.
Check with neighbors or your local post office.
Contact us within 7 days of the listed delivery date, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
